About Ann-Maree Carrazza

I work exclusively with buyers to eliminate confusion, fast-track results, and unlock real value in every property decision. With leadership experience across both private enterprise and local government, I bring sharp commercial thinking, operational discipline, and in-depth property expertise to your side of the deal. My approach ensures every move is strategic, informed, and aligned with your long-term wealth goals.

A Defining Lesson

My property journey began in 1993 when my husband and I purchased our first investment—a house and land package for around $125,000. Just a year later, we sold it based on professional advice to fund a new business venture. At the time, the decision seemed logical, but its long-term opportunity cost became one of the most valuable lessons of my career. It taught me what I never want my clients to experience. To make matters worse, the tenant stayed in the property for over twenty years—another reminder of the missed opportunity. This experience became the catalyst for a more disciplined and strategic approach to building our portfolio and it underpins my commitment today: to ensure no buyer under my guidance faces the regret of misaligned advice or missed opportunity.
